About Us

John was born and raised in Faith, SD. He was raised in town but had dreams of ranching for his livelihood his whole life. While building their cow herd, John worked for his dad at the Vet Station and served in the National Guard for 20 years. In 1997 they leased a ranch and started ranching full time. In 2012 we were able to get our own place, making John's dream come true.  
Although Tammy's family lived in Faith for a couple years she spent the majority of her school years in Lemmon, SD. She graduated from Agustana College with majors in Social Work, Early Childhood, and Elementary Education. Tammy was very honored in 1982 to represent South Dakota for a year while traveling with the group "Up with People".
Their only child, Jessica, was born in 1987. She graduated from Faith High School in 2006 and now volunteers at the Faith Library. She keeps up with her bells, playing in church and was honored to play the National Anthem at the SD opening ceremony for the Special Olympics. Jessica loves everything Disney!
